Unsupported Onfolio Utilities

cfs2xml [zip]

Command-line utility to export your Onfolio collection into XML. Optionally use one or more XSL stylesheets to transform the output.

Instructions: Run cfs2xml.exe from a command prompt for instructions.

Requires Onfolio 1.01.

UPDATED April 19, 2004: Added optional -root argument, for marshalling out specific folders or items. Also slightly changed the output XML format. For details, see this blog entry.

PowerMarks Importer [zip]

Turn PowerMarks data into an Onfolio collection.

Instructions: Export your some or all of your PowerMarks data as "Delimited ASCII". Accept all the default options for exporting. Run the tool; it will prompt you for an input file and an ouput path (for the Onfolio CFS file it's going to create). Currently the tool only imports name, URL, keywords, description, and notes.

Requires Onfolio 1.01.

COMPASS Importer [zip]

Turn COMPASS data into an Onfolio collection.

Instructions: Using COMPASS 2.83, go to the File menu and choose "Generate XML File...". Save the file somewhere. Then run the COMPASS Importer tool.
